Easy drinking fruit driven Yarra Blend
This wine exemplifies the ‘fruit forward’ wine, designed for drinking young and slightly chilled (+/- 8oC). The 60/40 blend combines the texture and grip of the Pinot with the spice and dark fruit of the Syrah to deliver an exceptional flavour experience.
Aromas of blackberries and dark cherries abound, together with a touch of white pepper spice. The mouthfeel is broad and soft; tannins are balanced and there’s plenty of length from the acid.
Very drinkable over the next couple of years.
