A very light pink colour (from minimal skin maceration). Classic bouquet of nashi pear and apple moving through to a light spice. On the palate, fuller bodied almost unctuous style with soft acids and mouth filling texture. Flavours of pear and gentle spice linger.

Will compliment almost any lighter food combination, for example, white bait, Caesar salads and vegetarian pasta dishes.

“Lots of colour. Pink into straw into almost-bronze. Dry, tense, impactful wine, as highly strung as they come and impressive funnily enough as a result. Pear, apple, gunmetal and green pineapple characters. Spice too. Not to mention texture. You get a lot of wine, a lot to ruminate on, for a mere $20. One of those ‘Australian wine is such an interesting place now’ releases.”
